TUESDAY 26th OCTOBER

Edward Webster: Photographic Director of Channel 4

Edward will be speaking to Grant about photography and the advertising industry, agents and how to get commissioned. Full of strong opinions and with a wide industry knowledge. This talk promises to be a high octane romp through the photography industry in 2010.
Edward Webster is a previous judge of the Professional Photographer of the Year Awards

JP Masclet: Fashion and portrait photographer

JP Masclet started his career in Paris assisting such photographic icons as Richard Avedon and Guy Bourdin. This start saw him go on to work for clients such as Arena, Conde Nast Traveller, Elle (French & British), Elle Decoration, Esquire, Gieves & Hawkes, Givenchy, Glamour, GQ, Guardian, iD, Tatler, Telegraph Magazine, Times Magazine, Vogue (British, US, French, German, Australian), YSL. JP will be discussing his career and how the world of fashion photography has changed over the last twenty years.

Zed Nelson: Photojournalist

Award winning photojournalist Zed is one of the most successful photojournalists working in the UK today. His work is often confrontational, uncomfortable and memorable. Zed will be talking about his work, career and what drives his projects to their conclusions as books and or exhibitions.

Peter Dench: Photographer and Professional Photographer Columist

Peter’s monthly diary in Professional Photographer of a sometime working pro already has a strong following and his contributions to the podcast each month raise a similar wry smile and knowing nod amongst pros.
Probably with a glass of wine in his hand Peter will be talking about his award winning career as a photo journalist and how hard it is to make a living.

Crash Taylor: Wedding photographer
