Driven Creativity competition

Following their twelve hour creatathon in Leicester Square yesterday, G-Technology have launched their 'Driven Creativity' competition.

Known for their premium external storage solutions, G-Technology have launched the competition to reinforce their commitment in supporting the creative community. Now in its third year the 'Driven Creativity' competition invites amateur and professional photographers, film makers, animators and musicians to have their work celebrated for the dedication and creativity that has gone into its production.

With a 5,000 euro prize on offer to fund the overall winners' next project, G-Technology external drives are up for grabs for the winners and runners-up of each category.

Contest categories include both amateur and professional short film, photography, music, animation, and a short video category with content captured using a GoPro wearable or gear-mounted camera. Entrants must also explain what drove them to create the piece being submitted and how they will use the prize fund to develop their next big idea.

Entry is free and open to residents in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden and Russia and only original work created is eligible for submission.

Closing date for entrants is 24 September, with winners and runners-up announced 12 October.
