LockCircle announce new PrimeCircle XT focal length

LockCircle

LockCircle has announced the new PrimeCircle XT 15mm f/2.8 built around the ZF.2 world class optics.

The new focal length will expand the PrimeCircle XT Custom Lens series with a super wide-angle with an extra-large angle of view of 110 degrees in combination with a fast f/2.8 aperture.

The PrimeCircle XT 15mm incorporates two aspheric lenses combined and special glass material with abnormal partial dispersion to provide a correction of chromatic aberration. A 'floating elements design' guarantees high image quality all over the focus range!

The 15mm is said to provide a broad field of coverage and is suitable for use in confined spaces or to provide a dramatic point of view.

The Canon 5D and Nikon D800/D4 users can benefit of the Full-Frame (24 x 36) coverage and the special engineered double front mount (95mm and 114mm) offers the choice to use film-style standard accessories, matte-boxes and filters.

The PrimeCircle MAT-BOX with special wide-angle design is said to offer full wide-angle coverage without vignetting on ANSI Super 35 (24.9 X 18.7mm) and APS-H sensors.

The exclusive X-Circle EF Mount shows the focus and aperture scales on the side (Side Index View) for a focus-puller work.

Available in EF Mount and F-Mount (interchangeable) with exclusive patent pending Cine-Lock EF Mount for an extra-locking lens mount for follow-focus work.

The PrimeCircle XT 15mm f/2.8 can be ordered now with a 4 week delivery schedule.
